porsche 964 forged rocker arm set DLC coating

空冷porsche用　クロモリ鍛造ロッカーアームです。ポルシェチューンの泣き所ロッカーアーム、純正品は高回転域でクラックが入るケースが多くこれに対し純正品をwpc加工して使用するのが一般的ですがバルブセット長等の問題でリセス加工しないといけなかったり最終結構なコストになります。
今回紹介するロッカーアームはクロモリ鋼鍛造素材にて製造、リテーナーのリセス加工も元から設計しているのでハイカム組み込みにも加工なしで対応しています。あと表面硬度、潤滑性、平滑性、耐焼き付き性等に優れるDLCコーティングを施しています。鍛造ロッカーにありがちなカムのカジリ等も皆無です。このコーティングだけでもアフターでやると結構しますので元からこのロッカーアームにしておいた方がかなりお得ですね
